Yes, we are a registered SC nonprofit corporation and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization. The IRS issued our determination letter on June 13, 2024, effective October 9, 2023. All contributions to BIPA on and after October 9, 2023 qualify as a charitable contribution for tax purposes.

BIPA does not endorse candidates running for public office.
